Any endorsements, gifts, special privilege's cannot be tied to the Student Athletes athletic ability or athletic success.  The promise of endorsements cannot be used as a recruiting tool for a prospective student athletes.  Any employee of the school cannot help a student athlete gain endorsements or receive gifts (Act as an Agent) but a student athlete can hire an agent to help them gain NIL opportunities.
