Welcome back for more fun as we dive into the world of hospitality! In this module, we will complete our exploration of the food and beverage segment with a look at restaurant management. Be sure to read Chapter 7 in your textbook and review my Restaurant Management lecture in Canvas.

In this module, you will complete a chapter quiz and your Restaurant General Manager Report. This will be similar to the Hotel GM Report you submitted a few weeks ago. Please review the assignment guidelines carefully and let me know if you have any questions.
